How long should I wear Inksafe ?
The Film can be replaced by another piece before 24hours if required,but Inksafe should only be used no more than 6 or 7 days in all applications.
Can I use Inksafe on all large scale tattoos such as a back or a full sleeve?
For large areas cut the strips into smaller pieces,these strips can be overlapped by 1-2cm, this makes it easier to apply.
Can I shower when using Inksafe ?
It is safe to shower using Inksafe,just carefully wash and shower around the film dressing, keeping the shower head away from the film.
There is blood and fluid collecting underneath the Inksafe Film should I be alarmed ?
It is quite common to get blood and fluid collecting underneath the film. In most cases people choose to wear the first application for up to 24 hours, but if the Build up of Fluid is excessive you can change the film from between 4,6,to 8 hours, we recommend you dont use Inksafe for more than 6 to 7 days on all applications.
Are there contraindications to using Inksafe, could I get an allergic reaction ?
Inksafe is Hypoallergenic, however it is possible a very small amount of people will still get an allergic reaction. If you have not used Inksafe before and you are not sure, ask your tattooist to do a Skin test on you using inksafe before you have your tattoo.
What should I do if the inksafe is hard to pull off the skin ?
Simply let some warm water run under the tattoo film so the glue becomes tender and removal of the film is easier.
